We have a 7800 square foot barn that is climate controlled with indoor bathroom facilities. The property outside is an additional 3 acres.
Inside the climate-controlled barn which will include (1) 6’ table and (2) chairs for $125. Electricity is $25 extra.
Each space will be allowed 100 square feet. (Ex. If your mobile Boutique/trailers is 10 x 20 = 200 sq ft the cost is $150)
This is a non-refundable event. You will be invoiced your bill via email or Venmo (your preference) payment will serve as your secured spot.
Set-up, Security, and Tear-down:
Vendors may be setting up their booths on Friday 4:00pm-7:00pm and/or Saturday starting at 8am until we open at 10:00am. All booths should be completely set up and ready for business by 9:30am Saturday morning. White Diamond Lavender Farms (WDLF) reserves the right to ask you to remove items that are not consistent with your provided descriptions and photographs. Please do not display any items that could be considered dangerous, illegal, vulgar, or in violation of US Trademark Law.
Please do not close and tear down your booth before 4:00pm on Saturday afternoon as a courtesy to customers and other vendors. Booth spaces should be left as they were found.
